Free Shipping Within USA:
We offer free standard ground shipping on all orders shipped within the 48 States of the United States.
Most standard-size rugs are shipped through FedEx Ground. For oversized rugs measuring 12' x 15' and larger, the rug will be shipped rolled and transported by a trucking carrier. This shipping method helps protect larger rugs during transit and ensures they arrive in the best possible condition.
Shipping Details:
Order Processing: Most orders are processed the same business day after the order is placed. Once your rug ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated Delivery Time: Standard FedEx Ground shipments generally arrive within 1–3 business days, depending on the delivery location. Rugs sized 12' x 15' and larger require rolled trucking delivery and may take approximately 10–15 business days to arrive.
Shipping Carrier: FedEx Ground is used for most regular rug shipments. Oversized rugs are handled by a trucking carrier due to their size and the need for proper rolled transportation.
Packaging: Every rug is carefully wrapped and protected before shipment. Larger rugs are rolled and securely packaged to help preserve their shape, texture, and overall condition throughout delivery.
